Please show up AT LEAST 5 minutes early, before the start of each session. I'm gonna come out swinging with some teaching, but each day will include homework for you to go apply everything. Don’t miss a single moment of this challenge.

Each training session will last around 45-60minutes, so make sure you block off at least a full hour and really commit to attending each session!
